Coordination Homework-Week 2
Aim to practice at least once a day, when watching TV or in the adverts, get your friends and family to join in!
1) Using a tennis ball throw with the right hand against the wall and catch with the left-vice versa.
Aim for being able to catch easily with good rythmn for 30 catches
2) Now using two tennis ball throw with your right hand catch with your left and pass the other ball from left to right while the other is in the air.
Aim for 30 consecutive catches with good rythmn. Vice Versa.
3) Using two tennis balls throw both at the same time and catch both with the same hand
Aim to be able to do this 30 times without droping the ball
4) As above but cross over the balls as you throw.
Aim for 30 catches without dropping the ball aiming for a good rythmn.
Balance Homework-Week 1
Aim to practice at least once a day, when watching TV or in the adverts, get your friends and family to join in!
1) Drill: Balance on one leg for 30 seconds without wobbling too much and putting your other leg on the floor or holding onto anything else for balance.
Number: Both legs for 3x30 seconds.
2) Drill: Balance on one leg for 30 seconds with your eyes closed without wobbling too much or hopping around, without putting your other leg on the floor or holding onto anything else for balance.
Number: Both legs for 3x30 seconds.
3) Drill: Balance on one leg and squat to 90 degrees without wobbling too much or holding onto anything for balance.
Number: Both legs 3x5 squats.
4) Drill: Balance on one leg and raise yourself into the ball of your foot, without wobbling too much or holding onto anything for balance.
Number: Both legs 3x5 raises.
