THE Academy of Beach Sports remain unbeaten in their National Volleyball League Division Three South West campaign.

In the latest round, the North Devon club beat both Yeovil and Team Southampton 3-1 to make it 10 wins from 10.

It is the Beach Academy’s first season in the competition but they are aiming for the play-offs and promotion to Division Two South.

Captain Denise Austin, playing in the indoor national league for the first time since 1988, said: “The first match in October was the tightest – just winning 3-2 against Solent – but since then we have gone from strength to strength.”
